The LPKS 920 series is a double acting back-to-back pusher type mechanical seal, specially designed for Agitators, Vessels, and Mixers operating under extremely high-pressure conditions. This robust balanced design is engineered to handle SS-type reactors up to 120 bar pressure, making it a preferred choice for critical industrial applications.
For enhanced thermal stability, the seal is equipped with Heat Trap and Cooling Jacket arrangements, ensuring efficient operation in high-temperature environments up to 300°C. Additionally, FDA-compliant and Higher Alloy material options are available to meet stringent regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical and food industries.
