The LPKG 901 series is a double-acting Back-to-Back pusher-type mechanical seal specifically engineered for glass-lined reactors. It is designed for side and top entry agitators, vessels, and mixers, operating under pressures up to 10 bar.

This seal features a wedge-type secondary sealing element at the inboard side, ensuring exceptional resistance to corrosive applications. To handle high-temperature conditions up to 300°C, the LPKG 901 offers Heat Trap and Cooling Jacket arrangements, ensuring reliable thermal management and extended seal life.

For applications involving highly corrosive media, the seal is available with higher alloy materials to enhance durability. Additionally, FDA-compliant elastomers and materials can be provided to meet pharmaceutical and food industry regulatory standards.
