The LPKS 901 series is a double-acting Back-to-Back pusher-type mechanical seal engineered for side/top entry agitators, vessels, and mixers, specifically designed to fit SS-type reactors. This seal incorporates a wedge-type secondary sealing element at the inboard side, providing exceptional resistance to corrosive applications.
For high-temperature operations up to 300°C, the LPKS 901 is available with Heat Trap and Cooling Jacket arrangements, ensuring optimal thermal management and extended seal life. Additionally, to meet regulatory and compliance requirements, FDA-compliant elastomers and higher alloy materials are available as options.
Its bearing-supported design enhances stability and performance, making it ideal for pharmaceutical, food processing, and chemical industries dealing with hazardous, corrosive, and vaporized media.
