The LPKG 904 series is a double acting back-to-back pusher type mechanical seal, specifically engineered for Glass-Lined Reactors. Designed for Side and Top Entry Agitators, Vessels, and Mixers, this seal efficiently operates in moderate pressure applications up to 10 bar.
To withstand highly corrosive media, this seal incorporates a wedge-type secondary sealing element at the inboard side, ensuring enhanced chemical compatibility. The Heat Trap and Cooling Jacket arrangements improve performance in high-temperature environments up to 300°C, preventing thermal degradation and optimizing seal life.
For stringent applications, higher alloy materials are available as an option to tackle aggressive chemical processes, while FDA-compliant material options meet regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical and food industries.
